My Fitbit won't sink with my phone.

Hi @Bjkenlipaychr4 - here is a good place to start Why won't my Fitbit device sync? though often logout of the Fitbit App and restarting both watch and phone helps. How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Try clearing the fitbit cache on the phone.
