Yeah there seemed to be an issue with some of the Fitbit servers, looks like it appears to be work now, but YMMV.
Best AnswerSame with me! I have so much content and progress on my watch but it is not showing up on the app on iPhone. I restarted iPhone, installed and uninstalled app but I am afraid to lose progress if I shut down Fitbit.

Hi @Nina432 - if you tried Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. This normally doesn't lose data on the watch but a watch Shutdown will, and the watch can only hold a few days without syncing.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

I’m having a similar issue. It’s really weird since all my data (steps, zone minutes, calories and miles as well as my heart rate) actively are updating on the app in sync with the Sense. But when I try to sync the Sense the app tells me it can’t sync and hasn’t since yesterday. It won’t show me my sleep data on the main screen but if I go to the sleep data screen it shows up there. I’m really confused by this lol. I’ve turned the watch off and back on, force restarted the app and restarted my iPhone.
