Sense won't sync

I don't understand what makes the watch quit syncing. It'll be fine for a long time then bam. It just won't sync for days And days on end. (Not 1 or 2 but weeks).

Hello there, @imaharleymama. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Sense stops syncing very frequently. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

If you haven't done so yet, I recommend following the tips and recommendations provided in this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If the above doesn't work, please let me know whether you receive any error messages on the Fitbit app regarding the syncing difficulties so I can go from there.

I tried and it still won’t sync and there is no error code. Any other ideas other than returning this awful watch and asking for a refund?

Nope, no other ideas. You can either keep doing all the troubleshooting every few days when the sync stops and wait for a fix, or return it and move on.
