heart rate not showing on my Sense

Hi @lvfb3843 - check in the Today app. Swipe the watch face to the left, tap on Today app and scroll to heart rate.

If it is present there is a clock face issue, if it is absent there is a watch issue.

For the former change to another clock face, for the latter restart the watch.

If it persists note if you have other issues like short battery life which indicates a watch problem, that maybe even a factory reset won't cure.

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, for help with that.
