Hi there, @Msruby001. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense is not tracking your steps and it also has battery issues. 

To tackle both issues, I'd recommend trying to restart your Sense. Then, please test your device and see if it's now recording your steps and also check whether it's charging properly. 

If the above doesn't help, would you mind providing me with more information about both issues? Is your Sense not tracking your steps at all or it's not tracking accurately? Is there any other data not being registered? As for the battery, is your Sense not charging or the battery is draining?
