ECG won’t work

Hi I just setup my sense with iPhone.

when I try to use the ecg app on the watch it just says

setup on phone 

open the Fitbit mobile app.

when I do this nothing happens

Did you got to the You tab within the Fitbit app and look under Health assessments? I kind of remember that there was something I had to setup there on my phone before the ECG would work. When I open the You tab the ECG tab states "On & ready to use". I think there is something you have to enable there to complete the setup.
