I purchased the Fitbit Sense a few days ago and it worked well for the first two days, but then randomly today it refused to connect to anything. After a bit of research I decided to do a reset of the device, but something seems to be wrong now. The screen is black and device just makes a single vibration every 5 seconds like its trying to turn on but it cant. I've looked into a lot of other troubleshooting tips and everyone just recommends resetting, which isn't exactly possible when the device wont even turn on...
I've tried letting it charge completely, with no change. the only other thing I can thing of at the moment is letting the battery completely die and the recharging it to make it stop whatever its trying to do, but that will take days so I have a bit of time to take suggestions 🙂
