Nope alcohol and paper did nothing. I've spent do much time trying to get the east to have it's past being useful.and I've had it less than two months. If it's this delicate I don't see it. Eing very useful in my life. I cant imavine someine with a outoor job. its stupid to onky provude such a limited means if charging the device. unlesz i hear  simethung profound im teturning it

Even though you've tried cleaning the gold contacts, please give a try to the rest of the troubleshooting tips described here, monitor your Sense in the next days and let me know how it goes.
