Sense won't turn on or charge

My Sense died a few days ago, had been recently charged. When I put it on the charger it showed 63% charged, then the fitbit logo, some vibrations but now is dead. No response on charger. I guess this is the same isssue many people have had?

the device is about 2- 3 years old so out of warrantly but I would expect for the money paid it should last longer than that?

I am having the exact same issue.  Just stopped about 9 days ago and won't charge. Phone says battery dead but when I try to charge it,  the device gets burning hot but no charge. Hoping someone has a solution.  Also not very old device.

HI @MikeCar - unfortunately your watch is damaged. If it is still in warranty it can be replaced. Depending on where you bought it, at the shop or chat with  customer support from the Help & support section in the Fitbit App.
