I had the ECG on my Sense and it worked well. Yesterday I noticed it disappeared from my screen. I went to download again and it was not available on the list of apps I could choose (attached). I read on the Fitbit website that the Sense (among other devices) would get an app in October.
What can I do to get the ECG app before then? Or, I am doomed to wait until then to get it back?

Welcome to the forums, @JBueso10.
Thanks for the details and screenshot provided. I'm sorry this happened to you and just to confirm, are you located in a supported country? Please note that if you went to a different country where this app isn't approved, you might not see it available to install. You can verify the countries where this app is available by clicking here.
That being said, please let me know the model of your phone and give the following steps a try:
Best AnswerHi @LizzyFitbit,
I was in a country where the app is not available. Once I came back to my home country where it is available, it popped back up into the menu.
For the future, if I use a VPN and keep my phone signed into my home country, will it work?
Saludos,
Jorge
Hi
For me, ecg and spo2 have also been removed. The country used is also in the supported list.

Hi there, @JBueso10 and @SunsetRunner.
@JBueso10 Thanks for keeping me posted. As mentioned before, the ECG app on Sense works only when you're located in supported countries. While you can use the rest of your watch's features overseas, you'll need to wait until you're back in order to use this app.
@SunsetRunner Thanks for sharing those details and just to confirm, can you also check if your information is correct in the Fitbit app? You can visit this help article for step by step instructions.
Best AnswerSince Google bought fitbit, the Ecg and spo2 functions were removed. I had bought this smart watch for these functions. Now I will no longer buy fitbit products. And I will advise others not to buy the fitbit products.

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. @Scott337 It's good to see you here and thanks for the help.
@SunsetRunner Thanks for getting back and I'm sorry for the delayed response. Because it's been a few days, could you confirm if the issue still persists? Please note the ECG app and SpO2 will continue working on your watch as long as you're located in a supported country. In the meantime, I'd recommend checking if the Fitbit app is updated, rebooting your phone and installing those apps back to your Sense.
