I cannot turn on my Fitbit sense!!! The app tells me I have full battery but the screen is black!!! Where are the buttons I read about that must be pressed for a minimum of 10 seconds??? Is it the little indent on the side???
sooooooooo disappointed in this watch which was a 60 th birthday present from my children!

Hi @Clove6060 more and more any manual is online and not in the box. My tv, computer, cell phone and even major appliances have more information online than in the box. Good thing we know how to scour the internet!

I get it. Today many people are Internet savvy. Product manufacturers are putting a slip of paper in the packaging directing you to their url for a manual. Saves them a lot of $ and saves a lot of trees. There are still some folks who prefer a hard copy though. Would be nice for those who do not have a printer, computer (large font) or are just not comfortable surfing the net. If they do have a printer, they may not like having to use their paper and ink.
I’m good with the online manuals but sometimes want a print copy.
