I just got my fitbit sense today. I set it up took a nap and when I woke up I had a black screen and the power button won't work. It doesn't even vibrate. What do I do? None of the trouble shooting has worked. I'm so disappointed

Thanks for sharing that you got your Sense and for the troubleshooting steps tried. I'm sorry you're having this experience with your new watch. Because this shouldn't be happening, I went ahead and contacted our Support team about this situation, however it seems that you already have a case created with them. I was told that your case is under review and they'll sent you an email shortly with more details.
