Sense won't turn on

So I was out for a walk today and at one point I looked down and my Sense was totally off. Couldn't get it to wake up. Figured I had depleted the battery. Came home, stuck it on the charger, did some chores. Came back and I still can't get it to wake up. Is there a way to do a hard restart on these things?

Usually it needs to power up to be able to do a full hard reboot. I would recommend reaching out to chat support. They will have the instructions and further TS steps. They might have to warranty out your device.

My Sense went dark and won't do anything. I have had it less than two weeks. I have it on the charger but it was fully charged yesterday.

@Drnjbmd

Have you tried the reboot function?

With the fitbit plugged into the charger, press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the fotbit logo on the screen, then release?

I know I've have that issue with a couple devices. Its usually just stuck and a reboot sorts it.

Let me know.

I had the same thing happen to mine last week. After all the ts steps. I was unable to bring it back to life. A few days later, I noticed it was on and 2% battery life. I placed it on the charger and it has been working fine since..
