Fitbit Sense swipe up empty

My fitbit sense not longer has data when I swipe up. I get a totally black screen. I haven’t changed any settings. Anyone know what could have happened?

I would recommend restarting your Fitbit Sense by following these steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1629764275346.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
