Sense band detaching

My band will not stop detaching at the top on my Fitbit sense.  It smashed to the ground yesterday.  I'm afraid it is going to be lost or smashed.  I've tried several different bands.  It's the mechanism on the Fitbit.  Way too expensive to have this happening!  Help.
