My sense was not syncing with phone and I turned the watch off and now the watch will not turn back on! Have not even had it a full month!

@Taresakay Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about your Fitbit Sense since it won't turn on.
I'd like to know if your Sense vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Sense completely and see if it comes back to life.
