Sense won't turn on

Fitbit sense that won't turn on. Troubleshooting down and contacted support through the chat with no good suggestions or answers. No vibrating or blinking lights.

Hi @gerryruis  - you could be suffering from dirty contacts or a faulty charge cable and the fully charged was when you synced last after it was fully charged and is not reflecting the current state. See How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
