My Fitbit just stopped working suddenly. Will not turn on...have tried all of the videos of self help on getting it to even turn on. I have only had this device for 2 years exactly and all of a sudden it doesn't work. I hate spending so much money on stuff to have to get another on in just 2 years!

Hi there, @Angelica1984. Welcome to the forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
@John1D Thanks for the information you've shared!

If you plug it in, does it do anything? There’s been a lot of complaints about pins sticking on the charging cord.

This did not work for me. What do you suggest I do next?

Try using a higher current charger, such as a fast charge or QC3.0 charger. Place on the higher current charger for a few minutes. If the Fitbit logo doesn't start, then press and hold the left "button" for several seconds whilst still connected to the charger. If nothing, leave on the charger for an hour or so and try a few more times. As the batteries on these devices age their voltage can suddenly fall lower than some chargers can supply charge to. Sometimes refered to as a knee level or knee point of a battery. Consequently, as these batteries get older it's best to try not let the battery level go much below 20 or 30%. But sure, this is not always possible.
My 1 year old sense suddenly turned off when It still had ~30% according to the display. Luckily this seemed to be an anomally and hasn't happened again the last couple of months.
