Hi there,
My sense screen has been saying to open the app and update the watch. Every time I go to update, either through wi-fi or bluetooth, it comes up with a tick on the watch but then returns back to the original screen saying it needs to update and to open the app. As such, I cannot use my watch. I have tried everything, including reseting the watch, my phone and re-downloading the app. Any advice is much appreciated!

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they already offered some troubleshooting steps, my best advice is to keep the conversation directly with them so they will tell you what is the next step in case that the recommendations provided haven't worked.

This is also happening to me, I cannot update my fitbit app via watch. 😡
