Sense won't vibrate at all

Hello!

For the past maybe month or so, my sense has not been alerting me to any notifications, whether it’s a phone call (no vibration) or a text, smaller vibrate, even no vibrate reaching my step goals?  I have the sense and yes, I am connected to blue tooth I have googled everything I can to try and get it to work, but most posts are for android users!  Do I have to have an android phone now to get full use out of my Fitbit? Can you help me get my notifications back please?

Hi there, @Fiona575. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for all the details provided in your post and your time in trying to solve the vibration issue with your Sense. I understand where your concern is coming from, I'll do my best to help you with this. 

As a first approach, I'd suggest checking if your Sense is on sleep or DND mode as these features prevent your Sense from vibrating. To do so, swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings.
