Hi team,
really disappointed with Fitbit .. first iconic watch recall and now when I ordered a new sense , within a month the band is broken and stuck in the watch.
Appreciate help to remove and refund for the machine or get replacement band as the band got broken and stuck when I was removing from the charger.. which shows the poor quality.

Hi, @Singaporeuser, welcome to the community, it's a pity you are having a problem with the band. I assume the band is the original Fitbit band, not a third-party band bought elsewhere. You might try using warm soapy water to free up the little locking button, it is possible it might have been affected by debris or grit. Look at 17.01 in this video to see how the band clips and unclips to the pebble. Allowing you have a Fitbit band and are not able to sort this out yourself look at this Support link, it's dynamic so your location may show different results to those I see, if you see a tile "Broken band" you can use that to move forward otherwise use the chat or phone for a prompt response from "Customer Support"

My Fitbit band is also broken and the nob stuck in the watch. It is not coming out. Please tell me how did you remove it ?
