Sense2 - 10 Month Old Fitbit Sense Stopped Working

My Sense  worked fine yesterday. I put it on the charger and today it is a dead watch. Nothing. Screen is black. No vibrations. Nothing! It's a $260.00 dead watch. It is very important to me that I have an accurate, reliable way to monitor my heart rate during a workout or other activities that can get my heart rate over 120 bps. So far, FitBit (I have had 3) has not lived up to the marketing hype. I tried to reach support and waited and waited. If anyone has found a more reliable product or company please IM me. I am ready to toss the Sense in the trash.
