Settings not working

My Fitbit sense settings are gibberish. I’ve tried following the manual powering off and restarting and everything else it’s not working. My raise to wake isn’t working and other stuff it’s not working I need to get my Fitbit returned for service how do I do that?

Yea like the rep, said hold down the top left button. If the watch has enough battery it should vibrate let go. Wait a few seconds and depress the same top left button. Make sure it is charged fully or have it in contact with the oem cable and proper electric  outlet.

Also have the latest Fitbit app on your compatible phone to complete the setup as you will be prompted on the watch and the phone.

This is what my settings look like.  I even thought of doing a factory reset but settings are needed to do it.  Thanks

Hi, @Kim484 , have you tried a restart? Squeeze the side button for about 20 seconds and release it when the Fitbit Logo appears. After about 30 seconds you should be back in business with a clock face. If this fails talk to "Customer Support" as advised earlier.
