Sense stuck on Fitbit Logo

Hi! 

I've been in contact with customer support because my watch only switch between a black screen and the Fitbit logo. I have performed a factory reset twice today, and the same problem just keeps on happening. I did a factory reset before and after the chat (the chat told me to do it again). My watch responds to the factory reset, but when it installs the necessary updates it goes back to just swapping between the black screen and the Fitbit logo. It will do this until it runs out of power (been a problem for a while now). The Fitbit app can't detect the watch at all while this goes on. 

I would love to contact the chat again (as they told me to if it didn't work), but the web site won't show me this option anymore. And the two times I was allowed to enter chat, I just get kicked out before I even get to tell the problem.

Instead of resetting your Watch. Try this go to your apps. setting and force a stop on the fitbit app on your phone, and then restart your phone.

Once your phone is up, go to the App, and then press the top left button to restart your Sense. It shoudl go thru the setup process. 

 

This also works with loss of bluetooth connectivity! Just don't to a complete reset first. Just force stop the Fitbit app!
