Senses will not allow access to settings

swipe to access settings and the icon is missing.  I tap on the word of settings and it will not open

If you haven't yet, try a restart.  Hold in side button until you get the FItbit logo, about 10 seconds.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Have you tried removing settings and then add settings back?

Tired but the installed button is grayed out.  Still can't access settings on phone app or watch

@Sweetpee12  May be a firmware version issue

Just to be sure, lets check your current status

 

What phone do you have?

 

What is your app version?

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Help & Support

App Version at the top

 

And what is your watch version?

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Firmware Version at the top

Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S10

The firmware under help and support is 3.37.1

The firmware under device is 44.1284.17

You are at the latest level, so its not firmware.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you with that, as its rather unusual.
