My battery is not working as expected, confirmed from customer care they asked for my country of purchase of product (USA) after that i dont get any response even after providing the invoice.
This is not expected from fitbit support.

I recently bought the watch and the full charge comes for only 4 days. I followed the steps to save the battery provided by customer care but not helpul

4 days is about normal, now that SpO2 is on at night [via the SpO2 tracker app].
If you don't use the SpO2 watch face, which only gives you one reading per day anyway, and remove the SpO2 tracker app, you should get better battery life. But you won't get any data about it in the graphs.
