I had my Fitbit Charge for over 4 years. We're there some minor scratches, yes, but it was also dropped many times throughout the year and never a crack. Decided to upgrade to the sense and within the second week a cracked screen. Purely grabbing it off the edge of the bath tub and not having a firm grasp. Couldn't of been more than 2 to 3 feet and now a cracked screen. I can confirm I will not buy another product from Fitbit if this I how they stand behind their product. I bought the sense from the experience I had with the charge. Clearly the sense was not made any where near the standards as past products.
