Set-up new Sense Device

Attempting to setup new Fitbit Sense. It is telling me I need to update my app. I currently have and use the Fitbit Versa and according to my app on my iPhone the app is up to date. The new device will not let me even begin the set up process. Please help.

I did not have this problem with my Sense, but had it with my old ionic. 

1) Restart your phone and then re-check in the app store that your app is up to date. 

2) Toggle your bluetooth off and on. 

 

If that does not work, contact customer support. 

Thats all the help I have.

Base runner, thank for the tip. Yes I went to the app store and found that
I indeed needed to update the app on my phone. All set up now. Will do some
studying to figure out the new tracking sensors. Looking forward to a good
purchase feeling. Thanks!!
