I've looked everywhere but can't find an answer. Is there any way to set the incoming call vibration notification to be longer or repeat? I miss all.calls because it's so short. I could swear my Versa 2 would vibrate almost like the alarm. Please help. This quick vibration is worthless.

The problem is the weak vibration on the Sense which at times can be undetectable and this only gets worse with decreasing battery levels.
It may be a design flaw or a firmware fault but either way it is not good, as you noticed.
You will most likely also miss other notifications.
The best option for now is to keep the vibration setting on Strong [not that it is distinguishably different from Light] and to keep your battery well charged. The whole vibrate is poor on the Sense, which is a shame as it works fine on older cheaper Versas.

Under setting - Vibration you will find a setting for the vibration strength.
I find that if I'm awake, I almost always feel the vibration. So much so that at times I find it downright annoying.

Just to be clear, @lgriego - you can increase the strength of the vibration on the Sense. Here’s how:
This helped me resolve the problem you described. Hopefully it will help you.

This is not the problem. I have my setting already set to strong. It used to vibrate over and over again, like an alarm when the phone would ring. Now it just vibrates once like an email came through. This morning, my alarm that used to vibrate over and over to wake you up did the same. It only vibrated once. Good think I was already awake because this would not have woke me up. Something changed that the vibration is not working correctly for some notifications, for now it's the phone ringing and alarm.

@lgriegoIt may be necessary to clear the cache
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] Force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully] Log back in to the Fitbit app
*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones] |
Or for IOS uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, and redo notification setup. |
Did you also logout of the Fitbit App and login again and then restart both watch and phone?

Just got off the phone with them. They tried everything. They are now sending me a new watch, because I've only had this one for just over 2 weeks. This will be my 2nd time getting a replacement watch from Fitbit. First, my Versa 2 quit working correctly. Now, it's my new Sense. Can't believe it.

Thanks for the update.
It could be a fault with the watch motor and needs a replacement watch.
did you try the above steps, because it could simply be an App fault?

Just tried what you suggested above and retested it, it did not work. 😞

Thank you, it looks like the watch is faulty.
Hope the new one works more reliably..
