Settings error

My settings menu on the Sense has crashed. How do I reset my Sense without access to this menu?

(settings icon is gone and Sense crashes totally as soon as I push it)

@SebastiaanB- you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, they can help you with a factory reset. Make a note of the names of any clocks or apps you use specially in case they need to be reloaded.
