So, the watch says it can't connect to my phone via Bluetooth, but if I open the application it immediately connects. Even with the application running in the background.
Which makes things like "Find my phone" or Spotify controls basically useless as I can only use these things if I have my phone in my hands. I've factory reset the watch a number of times and updated. Granted all permissions. Nothing fixed this so far.
Customer support said that a reset would "definitely fix it", nope. They also said that they can see the watch is working in order.

What troubleshooting have you done on the phone itself? Have you restarted the phone and re-installed the app?
