See if it has accidentally been put into Sleep Mode. You can't change the display settings while in Sleep Mode.

You can toggle it on or off by swiping right from the home screen, and pressing the moon icon. If the moon is illuminated it when you swipe to that screen, it is in sleep mode.

Do you mean the clock face? To change that you do not go to settings, you go to clocks and choose one that you have already downloaded.

If you are referring to general "Settings" app for the Sense, not the settings for a watchface, then those can only be modified on the Sense itself (you can't modify in Fitbit on your phone)

I think I wasn’t clear in my post. When you want to change brightness yo go to Settings and then Display. Under display there are different set ups like Brightness, Screen wake, Screen timeout and more. All these displays/options are disable and I am unable to change anything.

So how can I go back to my prefer settings?

Thank you so much!

Thank you for explaining that I also was in Sleep Mode.  I have no idea how the watch went into sleep mode.  It's frustrating that things like this happen for no apparent reason.
