Hello Everyone,
I’m new to my Fitbit Sense, just use it for 5 days. The device is working good. But since yesterday, I have a problem with my Fitbit app’s Blood Oxygenation in Health Metrics.
For 2 days, it shows ‘No Data’ on Blood Oxygenation menu but it still shows in the graph under ‘No Data’. It shows Blood Oxygenation normally in my Fitbit Sense (in Today) too.
I don’t know what’s going on in this menu.
So I asked Fitbit Support on Twitter, they suggest me to reboot my Fitbit Sense and wait for 2 hours. But until now, it’s still ‘No Data’.
I think there is a problem with the app, not my device. The data is still synced normally and the graph still shows my SpO2 every night. Just above that graph shows no data.
Does anyone has this experience like me?

Without using Fitbit Premium, I use a free watch face that incorporates the spO2 measurements. However, it will take (the 1st) 3 full nights of measurements before any data is available to analyse.
Best Answer@mentgsc The data showed at last 2 days. It just appeared ‘No Data’ since yesterday but it still shows in the graph.
BTW, the Today app in my device shows it normally everyday.

Best Answer@Nepocrates it appears that the spo2 is logged one day behind for those who live in timezones "very in the future😛" compared to US. I have the same problem living in Japan. Where are you located?
I have the same issue this week. I have had the device for almost a year now without the issue. For the past three nights, no data in the space above the spO2 graph, but the reading appears on my watch about an hour after waking up.
I agree, it’s not the device, there is a problem with the app. I live in the United States.
I have this issue too. I ony had my sense 10 days ir so and i have the info for the middle days but not the last 2
Very annoying
Best AnswerHave you all shut down the app then turned off your phones. Restart phone and app,
then sync the watch and phone.
I live in U.S. and have not had a problem with SpO2 showing in app and watch.
@Clove6060 I’ve done every step. Yesterday, I contacted Fitbit Support on Twitter and they suggested like thas.
Best AnswerI’m sorry to hear that. Here is the SpO2 manual in case there’s something we missed. Good luck and hope you get it resolved soon.

Best AnswerHi there,
Mine is also showing "no data" under the metrics, but I do get readings on the graph below.
Had restarted the Sense, restarted the fitbit app, restarted the phone, but all to no avail...
It's a bug affecting the app when you're in a timezone far eastern than US (not sure where the borderline is, for example european users are not affected).
What is strange is that among the health metrics the only one with the bug is SpO2. This bug has been reported since more than one year and unfortunately if developers are not aware of it, or arenot willing to fix it, there isn't much we can do.
Tha ks Rufous, im in the UK
Does it come back if you shutdown and restart or is it just an jntermittent thing and will read sometimes but not others

Best AnswerMy spO2 isn’t showing up in my health metrics today. It seems the sense is having issue after issue with categories not showing up in the health metrics app. The other two items that many of us had issues with have been resolved, but today the spO2 isn’t showing up. Fitbit, please work to get this issue resolved. Thank you so much!
[Update]
My SpO2 shows up data yesterday and it’s gone again today. 😂 but in my Sense, it shows everyday.

I had a charge 5 that worked fine and recorded spo2 until battery died suddenly. With my new Sense no spo2 is being collected now for over a week. I’m not as impressed with the Sense as I was hoping.
