SpO2 data doesn’t show in Health Metrics

Hello Everyone,

 

I’m new to my Fitbit Sense, just use it for 5 days. The device is working good. But since yesterday, I have a problem with my Fitbit app’s Blood Oxygenation in Health Metrics.

 

For 2 days, it shows ‘No Data’ on Blood Oxygenation menu but it still shows in the graph under ‘No Data’. It shows Blood Oxygenation normally in my Fitbit Sense (in Today) too.

 

I don’t know what’s going on in this menu.

 

So I asked Fitbit Support on Twitter, they suggest me to reboot my Fitbit Sense and wait for 2 hours. But until now, it’s still ‘No Data’.

 

I think there is a problem with the app, not my device. The data is still synced normally and the graph still shows my SpO2 every night. Just above that graph shows no data.

 

Does anyone has this experience like me?

@AndreaFitbit Hello, any update? I got version 3.59.1 but nothing is solved.

This was happening to me too. I read in one of the forms though that the guy said that he just literally pushed the Fitbit higher up on his arm when he went to sleep and that worked for me last night and mine worked for the first few days I had my Fitbit then not for the last few weeks so I tried to push it a little farther up on my arm last night and it worked perfectly. Just thought I'd share in case that helps anybody. I just use the app not the watch face. But that seemed to help my reading last night because I got up today and I actually had it read it for the first time in a few weeks.

Hello, I'm experience the same problem of SpO2 registering the day before (while all other metrics are correctly listed in the graph). I'm located in Thailand and this seems matching the other users' reports.

Can you please check with the developers? Thanks @AndreaFitbit

I am a new sense owner and having the same issues with the SPO2 app. I purchased it specifically for this app/feature what update can we expect and when?
