My Fitbit sense stopped working after I left it on while swimming. What should I do?

Hi @babe63 - unfortunately it may have got water in it. The seals can be unreliable.
Or it may have depleted the battery if GPS was on and the battery was low to start with.
To be on the safe side you can try drying it in a bag of rice for a few days before charging it to make sure there is minimal damage.
When charging make sure it doesn't get hot as there can be risks of fire or explosion.
If not working and under warranty you can take it back to where you bought it for replacement with a new one.

Hi, @babe63 welcome to the community, your "Sense" should be perfectly safe for swimming, I swim daily for 90 minutes and have used my "Sense" for this for more than 18 months. Check your "Sense" state of charge by looking at the "Today" screen on your Fitbit app on your phone, the icon in the top right corner should indicate (Try syncing by sliding your finger down the today screen & releasing)
If the battery is depleted you may find this article useful Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? If you still have a problem look at the charging cable and make sure the 4 little pins are present and correct (slightly proud of the pad) If you need a new cable talk to "Customer Support" (Link follows) or you can buy a replacement on Amazon.
If the "Sense" becomes warm while charging disconnect and talk to "Customer Support" here, (I'm not aware of any fires under these circumstances) I recommend you use the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
Let us know how you get on
Cheers
