Settings say Celcius, but Fitbit still shows Fahrenheit

I've had my Fitbit Sense for a week now and I haven't been able to successfully change the weather from Fahrenheit to Celcius. In the app I've gone into settings and changed the units to C, but on my Sense it still shows it in F. It's been syncing all my other data properly but I can't figure out why it isn't working with this. Has anyone else had this issue/been able to resolve it?

But you didn't say where it is showing F.  If you are talking about the Weather,

on phone app click profile pic > Sense > Apps > My Apps > Weather > Settings.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you, that was it! I didn't even know about that app section, so that helps a lot!

On my weather app it’s showing Fahrenheit but my Sense is showing Celsius. It was showing Fahrenheit all along until today

UPDATE: I found the solution. It's technically the same answer as this one here but they changed the way we get to the Apps in a recent update. You now have to choose the "Gallery" tile, and THEN choose the Apps tab at the top of that window, which will take you to the apps, where you can choose your individual app settings from there. The "Apps" tile no longer exists.

-----------------------

I have this same issue (with the exception that the weather app on my Sense is showing Celsius and I want it to say Fahrenheit). However, when I try to follow these instructions, it appears I don't have "Apps" in my Sense menu as indicated in these instructions.

I do have "Fahrenheit" selected in the unit section of my Fitbit app, yet the weather display on my Sense still shows Celsius.

Any ideas?

This is what's happening to mine as well.  My app says in settings F but my sense is showing C.  When I go to "Apps" in settings like described above, I don't have "my apps" as a choice.

@Splunky123  - the tile is now called Gallery, no longer an Apps tile.

The weather units don't follow the settings of the Fitbit app and have to be set separately.

THANK YOU!!! I have spent the last several hours trying to figure this out. My watch was stuck on celcius but my app said farenheit. I used this method you suggested and BAM! FIXED!!! THANK YOU AGAIN!

I can't get my galley tile to open up.  It keeps saying retry no internet connection which is not true.

Hi @cschloegl  - a no internet connection is generally a phone issue, see No internet connection

Thanks. This was driving me crazy

What a relief!  I’d been trying to set it the old way, and was resigned to remembering Celsius temperatures.

Mine is showing the same. I've tried all the troubleshooting, but nothing...

I can go to my profile picture but do not see anything about APPS when I tap onto Sense.  Any other ideas about changing from Celcius to Fernheiht?

I found that my Fitbit Sense did not have the Apps option but it did have Gallery.  The navigation steps for my Sense is similar to this post but a little different.  I had to click on my profile ICON, Sense, Gallery and then scroll through the Apps until I reached the Weather App.  Click on the Weather app, click on Settings and was able to select Fahrenheit or Celsius under Unit.  Then click on Done.
