During recharge my sense logo popped up and now will not shut down or change display I have tried covering the side indent button but it will not vibrate or change. I have tried tapping the screen. I have tried resetting the Bluetooth to find and it will not find Wi-Fi.

When you say “tried covering the side indent button”, do you mean you held the button for a period of time until it vibrates and then released?

Yes. I held it for over 10 seconds. A couple times it actually did shut off and then turn back on again and still got stuck on the logo. But usually it does not vibrate or anything. I also tried to clean it gently with alcohol and a Q-tip.
