Since accepting Google Sense is not syncing Correct

Sense is not syncing my date correctly.  Is it because I accepted the Google Change?

  • It does to sync to other applications such as WW & Lost it.
  •  It does not list steps to weekly data. 
  • It no longer shows my Zone Mins

Mines exactly the same! Since I swapped to Google it won’t sync, can’t update apps, it’s absolutely shocking. I’ve an iPhone and seriously considering switching to an Apple Watch as Fitbit has drastically gone downhill.

Omg! I'm having the exact same problem too, all day trying to sort it out, I've even been onto help chat, and no joy

I phoned for help.  They walked me through rebooting my tracker.  Everything is working fine now.

I need help.  I changed wrists and then it won't sync. Any idea how to get ot to sync to my phone?
