Situation with Sense

So now I know why my watch isn't working even though I've talked to several different people. They want me to buy a new watch! I can't buy a new watch. I would really love for mine to work a lot longer until I can get a new one. I have used Fitbit for a long time, and I have had no problems until I got the email to change over to Google. I have had nothing but problems since then, and the issue is not solved even though I've tried.
