I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

There was an issue with Skin Temperature but it was escalated and our team just informed us that it should be resolved. If you continue having difficulties, please restart your Watch by following these instructions and keep in mind the Fitbit app needs at least 3 nights of skin temperature data to estimate your personal baseline temperature.
