I’ve worn my Sense for 3 nights, and it’s not reading my skin temperature. Anyone else have this issue?

Last night was night #3 for me and I got a reading of +/-0° F. 

 

I just spoke to support and apparently this is how it is supposed to work.  The sensor doesn't show you your actual temperature, it just shows any variation of your temperature over time......at least that's how I understood his explanation.

Mine just keeps saying “No Data” for the past 3 nights. But has 2 nights of data from my old Versa, from 6 nights ago. The band is as small as it will go.

I’ve been wearing mine for 7 nights now and it still says no baseline and to wear it for 3 nights. Going into one of the screens it says update the firmware to get the temperature data but I have everything updated.
