This is my first week using my new sense. One of the reasons we bought these was for the sleep info and SPo2. I have premium but I only got a detailed sleep graph with stages one time, the first night, along with that being the only time I got any O2 updates. I have followed all the steps multiple times from restarting to wearing it tighter to wearing it a little higher. I’ve hard restarted both my phone and watch. Also already checked if everything is up to date.
Why am I not getting my stages why get premium if it’s not going to work right. I want to keep premium after my trail but if the premium stuff isn’t going to work then it’s not worth paying extra for.

I am having same issues. Of premium only a couple links even open. Sleep detect is only partially working, snore detect only worked a few days. Frustrating.
