Sleep Data not working

For the past 3 days now, Sense is not tracking my sleep data, nor my temperature. I rebooted the app, repaired it via bluetooth, and even made sure I am wearing it tight enough. Anyone else having this issue?

My Sense sleep tracker has not been tracking properly either. It's only tracking several hours of sleep at a time as if I'm napping, so my data is missing and what's there is inaccurate.

Having same problem sporadically for the last two weeks or so.. I called support. Not open. Message says go to internet help for hours of operation?.. Why can they say that on their announcement recording? And this is after going through a phone maze. My phone will often show the sleep data HORS later. Is it because I have too much data? I have been a customer (mostly satisfied until now) since 2015. Any suggestions? How long is the warranty? Maybe I should try to get the newer Sense 2. Now have Sence 1. Support are you out there? What do you say?
