Morning. I’ve had my Sense for 8 days, it’s only logged my sleep score once despite me wearing constantly, can anyone help please? Thanks

Steve,
The Sense needs a few days of recording before it calculates a sleep score. I’m not sure how many nights it needs, but I think that the app tells you how many nights it needs. Once it shows the sleep score for the first time, every morning after you wake up and sync your sense, it calculates the sleep score of your sleep of the last night. Every day you get a new daily sleep score provided that you sync directly after you wake up.
Every morning directly after your wake up, sync your sense. Then it records your sleep and after a few days your sleep score is calculated.
Best AnswerThanks Rhonda. I do all this each night, it logged Friday night but nothing else?!
Best AnswerThanks Jan. Do I not get a sleep score each day as standard? Or just every few days? It always logs my sleep hours but not a score. It’s only logged last Friday no other days

Additionally, I don’t start recording my sleep manually. The sense recognises when you sleep and starts recording it automatically.

I decided not to set ‘begin sleep’ in the app last night and this morning I synced as I woke up and I received a sleep score! I will try this again this morning but it seems to have worked. Thanks for taking the time to reply and help.
