Sleep Score and Temperature

Hello everyone! I just got my FitBit Sense and I am having some issues. The first night I slept it calculated a sleep score for me. However; each subsequent night after it has not. It also is saying I need to sleep with it on for two more nights for it to get a baseline temperature when I have already worn it for three nights in a row. It calculates my data for how long I was awake, restless, and asleep, but is not showing me any more information then that. It also did not calculate my SPO2 last night. I also just got a notification congratulating me on my third nights sleep so I know it has recognized my using it. I’m very confused and any insight would be very helpful!

Hi @Hsjenn for a sleep score you need to see sleep stages, not the simple sleep. Do you see sleep stages, which needs to see 3 hours of sleep and a consistent heart rate.

I don't think skin temperature has anything to do with a sleep score. My skin temp seems to depend more on how many covers or if I have the heated mattress turned on.

Hello thank you so much! So I am sleeping for more than 3 hours and it is
not showing the three stages for me or my score. As far as the temperature
it is simply just saying it didn’t record anything from the night before so
I am a bit confused.

Thank you for your reply and feedback!

You have your heart rate enabled?

Let's tap on the sleep tile, then tap on a night in question.

Look below the sleep chart for a note. It should say something like, "You are not seeing sleep stages because..."
