I have had a Sense for a few months and wear it to bed 98% of the time. I am so frustrated by the sleep score.
I am often way over on my light sleep and way under on REM and Deep. When I am under on my REM and Deep the score says GOOD, usually because I hit my target time. But when this happens I feel like I didn't sleep at all. I am exhausted and moody all day and can barely function.
If I hit my REM and Deep I usually have not hit the target time and my score reads FAIR. I feel WAY better after this sleep than the other. I can function normally and I feel good.
It seems as though the sleep tracker only cares about the quantity of sleep, not the quality. This should be fixed.
Anyone else have this issue?
