Sleep data does not get updated automatically

Hi 

 

My sleep data does not sync in the app unless i do it manually soon after i wake up, if i dont sync it even after i wake up it just shows i am still sleeping.

is there a way to fix this?

If i sync the app after 2 hours after i wake up, it shows i was sleeping for the whole time til the sync is done.

I use a fitbit sense.

Hi @Abhi1803.

 

Have you tried restarting your Sense by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds (until you see the fitbit logo)? If it's a software glitch on your device, hopefully this will sort it out.

Yes i already did that yesterday, reinstalled the app as well, paired the device again, but today i again faced the same.
