Sleep recording incorrect

First review of sleep score / recording and it’s not accurate. It recorded nearly a full night of 7.5 hours marked as Good, but I was awake for half of it. I think it makes a guess on what you have set as your desired sleep and whether you were relatively still.

I found the same - was awake most of the night and it recorded me as being awake for 7 minutes? And that I got 7.44 hours sleep! 😢

My first reading showed no deep sleep after tracking with my versa for more than a year and having at least 45 minutes of deep sleep every night without exception.

When I have trouble sleeping, I shake my wrist or turn the watch on. If I am still and my HR is low, it may think I am asleep. This is just what every Fitbit of mine has been like.

ETA:

I am currently comparing the Sense to my Charge 4 and the Sense was much more accurate of my sleep last night. I will make a post either later today or tomorrow with a full comparison of the 2.

Last night it recorded a massive 9.5 hours sleep! I don't think I've slept like that since I was a teenager. It was probably more like 6.5 in reality.
