Slept for three hours forty-nine minutes last night strait yet my Sense is stating it couldn’t register my heart rate, plus I didn’t  get a sleep score. Watch was in same position as always, fully charged etc. maybe issues from yesterday’s shutdown of app?

I’ve had it happen before for whatever reason. Usually self corrects after a day.

Thanks for your answer. It just seems the sleep metrics are finicky more than they need to be on a consistent basis. I rely on the sleep app and health metrics more than any other feature. Again thank you.

My pleasure. It is frustrating when the data is not properly acquired or the data is missing. My watch works way more than not. While an occasional data loss is annoying, it doesn’t happen very often so I take it in stride.
