Sleep tile info very different from graph info

The info on my today sleep tile shows very different division of awake, REM, light & deep time than the detailed chart version. 41 mins REM on the detail vs 1 hr 13 mins on the chart. Any idea why and which one is accurate? I just switched to Sense from Versa on Saturday..

Hi @MP_ATL ,

From my experience, it is common that some values of readings taken by Sense during sleep take some time until they are all synchronized. Not only Sleep itself, but also those in Health Metrics.

Give it an hour, maybe two, after you wake up. SpO2 can take up to 3 hours. At most.

My Sense , I assumed would be far superior (considering the price of 300euro and hype for one) than my 35euro Xiaomi Mi Band 4 which synced instantly. How stupid and greedy I was to want a more advanced watch.

It should NOT take hours to sync sleep, hr, ox etc to the dashboard. This morning after a full sync it told me I had had 2.5 hrs sleep when I had been sleeping 1am - 7.20am when alarm went off (not Fitbit alarm wouldn't trust that at this point)

I see SO many complaints about this watch and no customer support available.

They should be recalling all these pieces of rubbish and giving customers refunds.

I'm honesty disgusted at the price I paid for this.

@JD1980 , you are not alone in your thoughts, though it seems to me that the last firmware update made these night readings morning updates quicker than before, quicker than the times I mentioned in my previous post. Still not sure about that, it seems it takes longer on some days.

I think we were not greedy, Fitbit was. Fitbit has (had?) a reputation and Sense is still not up to it on several features, even more taking its price into account (I paid 330 euros for it, about US$360 at the time). Many of us have been waiting and waiting for a "miracle" firmware update that solves, at least, some of the main issues, but to no avail so far. And for me, night readings update time is not one of the main issues. Still wondering if this will be my last Fitbit.

Having said that, Sense still has some great features working fine, it depends much on what is most important for each user.

@MP_ATL , I forgot to mention: make sure your Fitbit app has synced in the morning.

My Fitbit Versa did that a couple of times, and it's easy to edit your wake
up time to make it correct. But I agree this should not be happening in an
expensive watch like this. I don't trust it either.
